The Bug Butcher is an Arcade Style Action Shooter where you guessed it… You butcher bugs. You are Harry and you go to a research facility has been infested by BUGS! Your mission… Decontaminate the building by Butchering all the Bugs.

You move from room to room shooting up. You only shoot up… Old school arcade style. This is both the challenge and fun of The Bug Butcher. Enemies come in from any direction and bounce off the surfaces. You will unlock spawnable upgrades as well as unlock special power up that you can activate after you kill enough bugs. You will enter rooms that have special features that create diversity and presenting their own special challenge. The gameplay mechanics may be simple but they are not boring.

There are different game modes Arcade, Survival and survival co-op. Arcade is pretty much the story modes while survival is choose a map you have unlocked and well… survive as through as many waves as you can. Survival co-op is survival but co-op ;-P

The art is clean, cool and fun. From the the main character Harry to the bugs and the levels it is all just plane good. The special skills and weapons are all unique and have great visual FX. When you get a power up you feel powered up

The Music is good and helps keep you amped up while you play while the sound FX are interesting and varied.
The Bug Butcher is fun faced paced and challenging but not outright punishing. If you are looking for a good arcade style game with a challenge and great Art and Sound The Bug Butcher could just be for you

LumpDizzle666 gives The Bug Butcher a Drastik measure 8 out of 10 (80)
